It is with unbelievable sadness & heartbreak that we have to inform you that a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister & aunt, Mrs Induben Modhwadia (73 years old) passed away on Monday 16th November 2020 in Visalia, California USA surrounded by her loving family. She previously lived in Huntingdon, UK and has extensive family in US, India UK.
She was the devoted wife of Arshibhai, loving mother to Aman & Ketan, amazing grandmother to Destinee and so much to rest of family.
She will be greatly missed by her entire family & all who knew her. May her beautiful soul rest in eternal peace & God give strength to the whole family to deal with this unexpected & devastating loss.

A devoted son of the Late Mr Bhimabhai Parbat Odedra and the Late Mrs Rupiben Bhimabhai Odedra, beloved husband of Mrs Shobhnaben, younger brother of Niruben Modhvadia and dedicated father to Arjun Odedra, Punam Modhavadiya and Uday Modhavadiya.
Our dearly loved father will not only be missed by us but also by each and every life he touched with his pure, kind soul and charismatic nature. He was the pillar and strength of our family and will forever be in our hearts.

It is with sadness and a heavy heart we inform you that Rajshibhai Malde Visana (74 years old) passed away peacefully today (30/10/20) in Leicester.
Rajshibhai was the beloved husband of Lalitaben, devoted son of Tamuben & late Maldebhai Visana and dear brother of Rajeshbhai, Pratapbhai, Anilaben, Pushpaben, Meenaben and late Sarlaben. The family village in India is Sodhana.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. May his soul rest in eternal peace and may God give his mother and family the strength to bear this very sad loss.

Ram Ram – Sita Ram. We hope this communication finds you, your family, and friends in good health.
We would usually be writing to inform you of the forth coming festivities. This year, we feel sad to inform you that the annual celebrations of Navratri, Diwali, and Christmas will not be taking place at our community centre as per the latest Government guidelines in response to Covid-19. We appreciate how difficult this must be for everyone to comprehend, especially children; but we must do everything we can to stay safe and keep others safe.
Events 2020:
Navratri: The annual festival takes place between Saturday 17th October and Sunday 25th October. Though we will not be hosting any gatherings; we will be doing a sthapna of Mataji’s Garbo for Navratri. This will be in keeping with the Hindu dharma, and to preserve the many years of traditions established by our ancestors here in the U.K.
We will also be uploading historical recordings of Navratri celebrations organised by LMCA. The footage will be available to watch on www.youtube.com/user/mahercentre We hope you will enjoy watching the recordings and be able to relive some wonderful memories. Keep a look out on our community website for further details and updated links.
Diwali and Children’s Christmas Party: Celebrations to mark Diwali and Christmas will not be taking place at our community centre this year but we are already looking forward to hosting the festivities in 2021.
AGM: We have not been able to schedule an AGM this year due to the pandemic. We would like to thank you for your patience while we await changes to Government guidelines on mass gatherings. Please be assured that we will inform you as soon as we are in a position to organise the meeting. On this note, annual accounts will be uploaded on www.maheronline.org for your perusal.
