The Annual General Meeting of the MAHER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION (LEICESTER) UK will be held at Maher Centre, 15 Ravensbridge Drive, Leicester LE4 0BZ on 25th June 2022 at 10.00am.

THE BUSINESS AND RESOLUTIONS OF THE MEETING

1. The business and resolutions of the meeting shall be as follows:

1. a)  To ratify calling the AGM.
2. b)  To receive the annual report for the financial year ended 31 March 2021.
3. c)  To receive the audited/examined accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2021.
4. d)  To elect the Managing Council.
5. e)  To appoint an auditor/examiner.
